Monster.com is another best place to find jobs and to get hired by companies, It was created in 1999 due to the merger of The Monster Board and Online Career Center and now It is a subsidiary of Randstad Holding.

Here you can find all types of jobs like government jobs, private jobs, as well as work from home jobs and their job searching process is also similar and easy as other job portals, one problem that I faced on this platform that salary for some jobs, are not revealed so you have to reach out to every person who wants to hires person ask them for salary.

Similar to the Indeed.com they also have a particular page to help you in finding jobs, work-life balance, Salary negotiation, Taxations and saving and many more, I think it is a good resource for you and you should surely go and read some important articles even if you don’t want to apply for jobs from Monster.com.

5. Timesjobs

As their name speaks they mostly focus on freshers in India and as other jobs portals they don’t ask you for your experience and if you don’t have skills that can make you money then they have also made a page for people like you to find best institutes and courses for themselves.
Job searching process of freshersworld.com is also similar to other platforms but the thing I find very helpful is they have given you a very helpful description of each and every job like the location of the job, how much salary per month and what you will be doing in your job each and everything is in detail.
As well as they have a large database of freshers and employers and they state that they have a database of over 1. Crore Resumes and more than 3 Lakh Resumes are added per month. So if you are a fresher then you should surely give it a shot.

7. Shine

Shine.com is one another Job portal in India and it was started in 2007 and they state that they are the 2nd largest job portal in India and they have crossed the mark of 3.4 crore candidates and they have more than 3 Lakhs jobs.
The process of searching and applying fr jobs is also similar to any other job portal, but on shine.com they also ask you for your contact number and you cannot apply for any job before registering on their website.
One drawback that I have faced on the shine.com is that they don’t have enclosed salary for the jobs and that makes it very difficult for us to filter jobs and find the right one for ourselves.
